Flight Crew Training Department Manager

Flight Crew Training Manager opportunity within an established, global aviation company based in Cambridge. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be ensuring that bookings for simulator training, common ground training and e-learning are all managed well, as well as making sure that all flight crew are trained to the highest of standards, complying with EASA regulations.
The main responsibilities of the Flight Crew Training Manager include (but aren't limited to):
Line management of the department's staff.
Correctly documenting processes and procedures, making sure they're as efficient as they can be.
Acting as a point of contact for any serious customer service issues.
Creating monthly reports regarding financial reports, department KPIs and group training activity.
Assisting with business plans, budgets and the negotiations of contracts.
Covering team absence and supporting when busy.
Ensure that the department complies to GDPR Regulations.
Previous experience within the Aviation industry and in line management is required. You will also need a thorough understanding of EASA flight crew licensing regulations and extensive knowledge of business support IT systems and packages.
